As a retired Social Worker, an Addictions Counselor, and a Certified Anger Management Specialist, I have helped thousands of people transform from being uncertain as to how their life will evolve from day to day to assisting them to live a life where peace, clarity, fearlessness, and self-confidence is their new driving force, and THAT IS PRICELESS! In my evidence-based Mental Health and Criminal Justice workshops, I share tips, tools, and strategies to help youth and adults break barriers, and successfully shift from having a hopeless or uncertain approach to life challenges to finding new hope to grow and make lasting changes in their life.
